Krispy Kreme's Dozen-Under-A-Dollar Deal Celebrates 86 Years

The Big Apple Doughnut, New York City's most expensive doughnut, launched in 2023. This summer, they have a fantastic doughnut deal. 

Diners may buy a dozen classic glazed donuts for 86 cents as part of the restaurant's 86th anniversary celebration.

The amount of promotions available in-store and online varies. customers placed online with the code 86YEARS will receive one dozen doughnuts for 86 cents, but in-store and drive-thru customers will receive up to four dozen.

Krispy Kreme listens to its customers, from reintroducing top-selling donuts from the previous five years to providing complimentary donuts to students with "A" grades.

Krispy Kreme can celebrate its anniversary while also giving loyal customers a reason to share their doughnut love with their latest dozen-for-a-dollar deal.

Krispy Kreme began in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in 1937. Vernon Rudolph and two buddies moved there and started baking Original Glazed donuts for grocery stores. 

The Krispy Kreme Doughnut Company and Corporation were founded in 1946 and 1947, respectively. 

The company manufactured the doughnut mixes for each store, assuring customers got the same great taste everywhere.
